Cold today with bright or sunny spells and occasional showers of rain or hail and a risk of thunder. Some of the showers will be prolonged in the south and southwest this morning. Highs of 6 to 8 Celsius in mostly moderate south to southwest breezes. Winds will be fresh at times near west and southwest coasts.
Dry at first tonight, with just isolated showers in the west. Temperatures will fall to between zero and 4 degrees Celsius, coldest in inland and eastern parts of the province, with a patchy frost forming for a time. Any frost will clear before morning with cloud thickening and scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle developing by dawn in strengthening southerly winds.
Windy tomorrow, Monday with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Mostly cloudy, but a few brighter intervals will also occur. Rain will become persistent and heavy in the west towards evening. Milder than today, with highs of 10 to 12 degrees in fresh and to strong and gusty southerly winds, with gales developing near the coast during the afternoon.
