I am shocked and saddening by this news, I worked for Eugene as a Kitchen Porter when the Copper Hen was in Fenor some years ago. He was extremely hard working, a great chef, and I appreciate him giving me the job at that time. I fondly remember the after work drinks we had many times and the conversations we had about our shared interest in Music & Film. I would also like to ackownledge Linda Griffin, his fellow Chef that I worked with as well. Rest In Peace Eugene. Shine On You Crazy Diamond.
