Any mist or fog patches will clear this morning to leave a bright day with sunny spells and scattered showers. Highest temperatures of 7 to 9 degrees moderate west to northwest.
Rather cold tonight with a touch of frost possible early on. However, later in the night, southerly winds will freshen and outbreaks of rain will begin to edge in from the west. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees.
It will turn blustery on Thursday as a band of squally and possibly thundery rain pushes eastwards across the province during the morning. Sunny spells and showers will follow from the west through the afternoon, some heavy and with hail. Highest temperatures on Thursday of 4 to 8 degrees with fresh and gusty southerly winds, veering westerly.
