Who died on Saturday 30th April 2022
Peacefully, at University Hospital Waterford, surrounded by his loving family, predeceased by his parents William and Ellen, brothers Billy and Jim. Joe will be sadly missed by his sister Moire (Meaney), brothers Tom and Tony, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
MAY JOE REST IN PEACE
Joe will be reposing in Power’s Funeral Home, Ferrybank on Tuesday 3rd May from 5.30pm followed by removal at 6.45pm to The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, Requiem Mass on Wednesday 4th May at 10am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

So so sorry to see Joe has left us and gone on ahead, l often cycled with Joe and Anna Maria whelen, what a great bloke he was and a really good friend, sadly missed, God rest him.
