Videos emerged this week of a day-long block party, with students drinking outdoors from the early morning.
Homeowners have expressed concerns over ongoing noise pollution, littering and anti-social behaviour.
Resident Michelle Doyle says they’ve been left in limbo. She said they called the guards and it took an hour and 45 minutes for anyone to respond.
One of the agents looking after one of the houses came out and gave seven days notice, which they welcomed. The other agent did not have time to be dealing with the issue.
The College, she says, were also called and they have yet to see anybody, the student union have not given the residents a response either.
On the day of the party, Michelle says they could not get into the estate with the amount of cars parked there. The ice cream man pulled up as well.
She says the students were hanging out of windows, the music was pumping, drink bottles being thrown on the road and just general intimidation when you are driving through.
Another resident Bue has a teenage son with special needs.
She says it’s a difficult environment for her family, with the loud music causing him anxiety.
Yvonne is another Templar’s Hall resident.
She told WLR News that the ongoing partying have made her want to stay away from the estate.
