Woman has phone stolen while lying unconscious on Waterford City street

A woman had her phone stolen while lying unconscious on a Waterford City street last week.

The incident happened on Francis Street in Waterford at around 5pm last Friday, October 14th.

The women fell, and knocked herself unconscious - and when she came around, she couldn't find her phone, a Xaiomi Redmi Pro 11.

Sergeant Deirdre O'Neill told this week's Waterford Garda Watch that Gardai in Waterford are currently investigating the incident.

"This lady unfortunately fell at around 5pm on Friday - and knocked herself unconscious but when she came to her senses, she couldn't find her phone. So, if anyone was seen offering assistance and they had then left the area, they might consider contacting Gardai in Waterford."
