The absence of any guidelines for local authorities in relation to solar farms has again been highlighted.
The issue was raised at the recent Comeragh District meeting of Waterford Council during a discussion on the proposed 141 hectare solar farm for Clonea Power.
The controversial project by BNRG has received conditional planning permission from the local authority.
Speaking on this morning's 'Deise Today', local Councillor Seanie Power told Damien Tiernan that huge concerns remain in the Clonea Power area.
