Mary O'Neill was in Waterford City for Winterval on Saturday, where she caught up with the organisers along with some of the market traders, to chat about how the festival is going as it reaches its halfway point.

Mary also speaks to Tramore-based Keith Doyle, who has set up a new business as a sleep consultant for people with young children - he'll talk about what the service entails.

Mary is also joined by Shane Hennessy, Chartered Physiotherapist and co-founder of Laser Medical, an online company that sells laser devices to treat chronic pain at home.
