To celebrate International Women's Day, WLR has been hearing from some of the women involved in Waterford's Emergency Services.
They include Raina Freiberg, volunteer RNLI lifeboat crew member in Dunmore East.
Raina began volunteering with the RNLI in Tramore when she was just 18.
She's been speaking to WLR's MaryAnn Vaughan about her career.
