Waterford City residents staged a demonstration outside City Hall yesterday about the proposed implementation of a one way traffic system in their local area. Residents of St Alphonsus Road, John's Hill, Lower Newtown, Water Street, Wilkin Street and Passage Road areas gathered to voice thier concerns.
