Jamie Barron says the homecoming the Waterford Senior Hurling team recieved following their loss to Galway in the All Ireland will spur them on.
Jamie who scored two goals in Waterford's championship games against Kilkenny and Cork
has won the PWC GAA GPA player of the month award for August.
Jamie says being replaced late on in the All-Ireland final was nothing to do with an illness he picked up 10 days before the game.
He said he took the positives from it and he could rest for a week or two and get both his body and mind right for the game.
