People in Waterford are being encouraged to give the gift of blood this Christmas.
The final blood donation clinics of the year are taking place in County Waterford this week.

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service will be at Lawlors Hotel, Dungarvan from 5pm until 8.30pm today.
They will also be at the same venue tomorrow, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Stocks of O negative are down to just four days supply.
