Planning permission sought for 34-home apartment complex

Planning permission is being sought from Waterford City and County Council for an apartment complex in Tramore.

The development, submitted by Daróg Developments Limited, will consist of the construction of thirty-four dwellings in two blocks at the Estuary, Crobally Upper.

Block A will comprise of nine two bed single storey apartments on the ground floor, and nine three bed duplex apartments on the first and second floors.

Block B will comprise of eight 2 bed single storey apartments on the ground floor, and eight three bed duplex apartments on the first and second floors.

The development will also include a new vehicular and pedestrian site entrance, 59 parking spaces, new mains water and foul sewage connections, provision of a storm water and all associated ancillary site works.

The current status of the application is incomplete, with submissions to be received in due course.
