Cyclists urged to support Mental Health and Suicide Awareness fundraiser

Fine Gael Councillor Liam Brazil is urging people to support his fundraising cycle for Mental Health and Suicide Awareness.

The annual Easter Sunday cycle takes place this Sunday March 31st, beginning and ending in Leamybrien. The Suicide or Survive charity will once again benefit from this year's event.

There are two route options - a 50k and 30k with both beginning and ending at Crotty's Inn, Leamybrien. Registration takes place from 8am or cyclists can register here

WLR's feature on last year's cycle, which included Cllr Brazil discussing his personal reasons for organising the event, was shortlisted for a Mental Health Media award.
