Increasing concern for welfare of missing Waterford man, Phillip Quigley

Gardaí say there is increasing concern for the welfare of missing Waterford man, Phillip Quigley.

Speaking on WLR's Waterford Garda Watch, Sergeant Deirdre O'Neill said anyone with information on his whereabouts should come forward:

"We're appealing for the public's assistance in this matter.

"We're trying to locate Phillip Quigley, who is a 41-year-old male who went missing from his home in Ferrybank.

"He's missing since last Thursday, the 7th of July, and there is increasing concern for his welfare."

A call for information was originally issued on Friday night but he hasn't been located yet.

Continuing, Sergeant O'Neill said:

"He's described as 5 foot 10 inches in height, he's medium build with dark, short hair and brown eyes and he is of caucasian (white) complexion.

"There is a photograph of Phillip on lots of social media, so you can check it out there.

"If anyone sees Phillip, or if Phillip is listening, we would ask you to contact Waterford Gardaí on 051 305300."
