SuperValu Tramore today launched its new-look, state-of-the-art store following a significant investment of over €3 million.
Quish’s SuperValu Tramore currently employs over 80 people, with the store revamp now creating 12 additional jobs in the Tramore store as a result of the expansion. The new-look SuperValu, which launches on 2nd June is set to offer an extended range of top-quality produce following the installation of new butcher and deli counters, a new cheese counter, a premium-quality hot food bar as well as an expanded off-licence.
As part of the significant store investment, Quish’s SuperValu has incorporated a number of sustainability upgrades to enhance the efficiency of the store. These upgrades include the installation of solar panels, the introduction of LED lighting throughout the store, as well as the installation of energy-efficient refrigeration doors.
Supporting local is of key importance to the team in Quish’s and customers will be able to purchase and extended range of products from local producers in the Taste of Local area in-store.
