I spoke to Dave and Seán McLaughlin, father and son duo who run 7th Raven in Cappoquin.
Dave and Seán moved from Zimbabwe and Chicago to settle in West Waterford and set up the drinks company, and they spoke to me about why sourcing local produce is so important to them.
