Plans for the Medieval Walls of Waterford City

In this week's show I heard about how Waterford City and County Council has commissioned an Interpretation Plan for the Medieval City Walls and is inviting input from members of the public. Director of the Paul Hogarth company James Hennessy joined me in studio to discuss.

Spotlight on Arclabs - Making Ideas Work, Episode 3

In this episode I look at Klearcom. The software company provides a SaaS platform enabling contact centres verify that their IVR (Interactive Voice Recorder) is working, and customers can get through to agents.  Klearcom's AI based software helps companies prevent and recover faster from outages. The start-up recently won the NDRC Investors Showcase.
To discuss Klearcom, and the benefits of setting up at Arclabs, I was joined by Liam Dunne, company CEO. Liam is a serial entrepreneur and Klearcom is his 4th start-up involvement. He believes passionately in Waterford and the South East as the best place to start and grow an export led business.
I was also joined in studio by Klearcom COO, Mark Rohan. Mark is a thought leader within the technology space, having worked within telecommunications and technology sectors over 20 years. As a native of Waterford, he is passionate about bringing employment back to the county and believes that with the selection of local talent this can be achieved.

Menopause Success Summit happening Saturday 25th

The virtual event will host and array of international speakers. I was joined by founder Catherine O'Keeffe, known as 'The Wellness Warrior" who focused in particular on how employers can support women in the workplace who might be experiencing menopause related issues.
