Morgan McKinley says "The Great Resignation" will continue for 2022

The Great Resignation is likely to continue into 2022, with salaries expected to increase by 5 to 10% across many industries over the coming year, and by up to 20% in niche sectors. It's as four in five people are considering a career move.

These findings came out of the Morgan McKinley 2022 Irish Salary Guide.

I spoke to Trayc Keevans Global FDI Director at the company about The Great Resignation, and more.

Sustainability award for Dentaqua

Clonmel company Dentaqua recently picked up a SEAL global sustainability award. Its Chief Operations Officer is Kilmacthomas man Kevin Keane.

Inkel Health organising a "Lego Serious Play" workshop

I was also joined by Waterford man Warren Doyle, founder of wellbeing platform Inkel Health.

The company is facilitating a "Lego Serious Play" workshop next week in association with Waterford Chamber and Skillnet.

Big year for Enterprise Ireland

And the net jobs created in companies supported by Enterprise Ireland was just shy of 12,000 in 2021, a record for the organisation.
