Martin is a coach specialising in endurance athletes and para-athletes. He runs Focus On Fitness, and has himself qualified for this year’s Ironman world championship in Kona, Hawaii.
Martin works with a lot of local triathletes and has a lot of experience coaching people at all levels, including world championship events and the paralympics.
