Gardai in County Waterford have uncovered a large grow house in Tramore.
Officers from the Tramore Drugs Unit executed a search warrant at a commercial unit in the town this morning and discovered a sophisticated grow house.
More than 400 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €360,000 were inside.
One man in his 40's has been arrested and is being held at Tramore Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
Gardai are appealing to anyone with information to contact them in the strictest of confidence on 051 391620.
