Sales Assistant Supervisor
Purple Lotus Holistic Shop is currently seeking a full-time Sales Assistant Supervisor to join its team in Waterford City centre for an immediate start.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills. Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, a friendly demeanour and a strong work ethic.
- Be able to direct and assign staff members as needed to ensure all aspects of excellent product and service delivery.
- Be able to monitor employee compliance with operational standards, along with other company policies and practices.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Receive, process and organise deliveries.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Ensure that the store is adequately stocked and keep track of inventory.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be reliable and trustworthy.
- Having a passion for, or a knowledge of the products we sell will be an advantage.
- Previous supervisory role experience is essential.
