Gardaí in Waterford seized an imitation firearm in the People’s Park, Waterford City on Saturday afternoon.
A Garda spokesperson told WLR News there are no reports of the discharge of a firearm or criminal damage caused in relation to this incident.
However, the spokesperson added that enquiries are ongoing.
