Emergency services were tasked to a callout after several individuals got into difficulty at Tramore Beach.
WLR understands a group of youths got caught off by the tide, before being attended to by the Coast Gard and local Gardaí.
It's understood an individual with a ladder rescued the youths, who made it to safety on the Promenade.
