A very practical way of moving from our linear economy to a circular economy is to regularly maintain and repair your domestic appliances. Using kitchen equipment properly can reduce the likelihood of it breaking down, and improve sustainability and energy efficiency. Maurice Kiely from Dungarvan has been repairing domestic appliance for over 30 years and this week he has tips and advice for getting the most from your fan oven.
