In our Dungarvan studio this Wednesday, Damien was joined by Catherine Foley, An Rinn based poet and film-maker, to discuss her latest book of poetry 'Amhran Sraidbhaile/ Village Song'.

Catherine read samples of poetry from her book which features many poems written in Irish along with the English translation.

She also discussed with Damien  the upcoming Culture Night event being held in the Waterford County Museum in Dungarvan this Friday at 7 pm. Free to the public, it will feature bilingual poetry, music and song.
