Déise Today has teamed up with Jack Molloy & Son Craft Butchers in Waterford and the well-renowned Chef, TV Cook, and Food Media Broadcaster Aisling Larkin.

In Episode 6 of Food Matters, Aisling tells us about some recipes for Gratin.  Including; Truffle and Parmesan Dauphionise Potatoes. Courgette, Tomato and Mozzerella Gratin and Pulled Lamb Shanks in a creamy tomato sauce topped with cornbread and apricot stuffing
