Duck & Soba Noodle Bowl
Serves 2
Ingredients
- Soba Noodles
- Greens - wilted spinach
- 2 Spring onion
- 2cm ginger
- 1 red long sweet chilli
- 1 carrot ribbon
- 1/2 red onion
- Handful green beans/mange tout
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- Juice 1/2 lime
- 1 tbsp peanut rayu
- Fresh coriander
Garnish with sesame seeds & crispy onions

It's succulent, flavorful, and tender meat with crispy skin.

How to cook a perfect duck breast pink:
About 55oC
Rule of 3 x 5
- 5 minutes, skin side down, + 30 seconds, flesh side down
- 5 minutes in the oven
- 5 minutes resting wrapped tightly in foil
