Green party councillor and current Metropolitan Mayor Jody Power is a board member of Waterford Airport.

This morning (Tuesday), he joined Damien in studio for a chat about the current situation regarding the Killowen facility on 'Deise Today'.

Last week in the Dail, Transport Minister Eamon Ryan said he was still to review the business case for funding the airport extension.

The business case was submitted to the Department in mid December.

Jody Power was asked about the business case, the Minister's comments and other issues relating to the airport.
