Harrington and Fewer Architects are set to bring hundreds of new homes to the market in Waterford in the coming years.

One of these developments will be the Summerfields urban village in Kilbarry.

Work has gotten underway on a lot of elements to the project, including a new state of the art nursing home.

Niall Harrington told Deise Today how the Summersfield project came about, and what is in the pipeline.
