This week's Ours To Protect is about Festivals with Spraoi and the All Together Now Festival both take place in Waterford over the August Bank Holiday weekend. Clodagh met with the organisers to hear how their practices have changed when it comes to their carbon footprint and sustainability.  She first spoke with Helena Burns from All Together Now and with the general manager of Spraoi, Niamh Colbert.
