The Symphony Club of Waterford aims to bring quality music to the people of Waterford by hosting affordable concerts in local venues. Three fantastic concerts are on the cards for the rest of the year.

The Defence Forces School of Music celebrates its 100th birthday in 2023. They will mark the anniversary with a concert at the SETU Arena, Waterford on Saturday 21 st October 2023 at 7.30pm in association with the Symphony Club of Waterford. The programme will include marches, overture, selections and band repertoire – traditional and contemporary. There will be a large Waterford representation within the band on the night.

November 11th, dim the lights, and join the RTE Concert Orchestra for a night of movie music masterpieces. Packed with memorable music from scores including Psycho, Batman, and Harry Potter.

And in December- the National Symphony Orchestra in association with Symphony Club of Waterford and Winterval Waterford present a very special evening of entertainment. This will be a screening of the Christmas classic Home Alone. It will feature live orchestral accompaniment and the vocal talent of Cór na nÓg, the national children’s choir.
