Website showcasing local products launched

Mary was also joined by Richie Walsh, Head of Enterprise with the Waterford Local Enterprise Office to discuss a new website, yourwaterford.ie.

It showcases products and services designed or produced locally.

Bringing the South East together through food

And "South East Food Stories" was launched in Kilkenny on Monday.

It's a collaboration of food and drink producers, accommodation providers, restaurateurs, and other tourism businesses across the region.

In Waterford - Grow HQ, The Granville Hotel, The Sea Gardener, and Everetts Restaurant have come together with a packaged-up visitor experience.
