Mac Dara Mac Donncha from the Dungarvan Leader believes that Peter Hogan has been Ballygunner's star man this season. The wing forward has scored 2-10 from play in 2023 including goals against De La Salle and Sarsfields.
"I've said it for some time: I think he's their player of the year," Mac Dara told WLR's Lár Na Páirce show. "If you put a mileometer on him, there would be steam coming out of it! He covers so much ground. What he is doing this year is getting forward for goals and he's well able to finish. He's having a great year."
