After an 8 year absence, Electric Avenue live music venue re-opens in John Street this Bank Holiday weekend, with Brian Deady playing the opening gig on Friday. Gavin James plays a 'secret gig' with very limited tickets available directly through Electric Avenue. Rounding off the weekend in fine style on Sunday night is Blur tribute band ‘Parklife’, followed by a late night set by Waterford’s own Britpop band, The Saucebirds. Advance tickets for Friday and Sunday are available at www.projectandshortts.ticketabc.com or at the door on the night.
